The location of The Sumner Hotel is fantastic. being so close to Hyde Park and central attractions is a definite bonus. However, my experience was marred by several maintenance issues in the room, such as broken bathroom tiles and a lack of proper heating. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the overall condition of the facilities left much to be desired.

My stay at The Sumner Hotel was mostly pleasant, with a fantastic location just a couple of minutes from Oxford Street and very attentive staff. However, my room was a bit underwhelming in terms of size and amenities. Nevertheless, the cleanliness and the quality of breakfast were definitely highlights.
